Centiq’s performance as implementation partner has been great from the start – the quality of Centiq personnel was fantastic.
Their SAP team provided the knowledge transfer and reviewed the ins and outs of the system with our IT department. Centiq also provided very detailed programme documents. They have a very good relationship with IBM, so they really were able to secure technical support from IBM that smoothed the integration across the two data centres.
User feedback has been very positive and we’ve now created a performance benchmark. We have particular cubes for finance, sales, production where we have a large amount of data. We are now in a position to extend the scope of reporting and use a much greater proportion of what’s available on our databases.
