Your in-depth System Healthcheck will commence with a System Overview that will assess some fundamental usage statistics. These figures will be used to build an outline of your current environment and feed into a more detailed analysis including the following checks:

Backup and Recovery

  • Service level requirements of the system
  • Usage peaks and trends
  • Perceived bottlenecks or “hotspots”
  • System optimisation
  • Utilisation of spare capacity

Software and Hardware Support

  • Firmware levels (inc. Version and Update Review)
  • OS and software levels (inc. Version and Update Review)
  • Current support arrangements for both hardware and software
  • System software licensing (where applicable)
  • System settings

The resulting analysis will be used to compile a report of findings along with recommendations for covering any shortfalls, deficiencies and likely future requirements.
